A little about me
Welcome to being BALANCED! My name is Michaela Mihalko, and I have always had a passion for food and movement. It is my dream come true to combine the two and share my ideas with others. I have been a certified yoga teacher for over a decade. I am well-versed in prenatal, postnatal, pelvic floor, injury prevention, mobility, and so much more! My culinary background is my kitchen and my parents! I have self-studied nutrition and have found such benefits from a clean, gluten-free diet. I hope to hear from you soon!
