‘The Sure Things’ is composed of recipes that focus on gluten-free, clean, and healthy meals for everyone. The recipes are quick, nutrient-dense, and easy to make. There are some personal tips and tricks as well.

Choose Your Yoga Class

Private Lessons

This type of yoga class will focus on the individual's needs. Whether it is mobility, post-partum rehabilitation, flexibility, injury or disease healing, or injury or disease prevention. All fitness levels are welcome, and there is no need for prior yoga knowledge. The first private class will be 1 hour and 15 minutes long. Before our meeting, we will have an email consultation to discuss your plan, goals, and expectations. The cost of the first session will be $100. Follow-up visits will be $75 for 1 hour, or bundle 5 classes for $300.

These types of classes are perfect for sports teams. The classes will be catered to the specific sport. They will prevent injuries, increase flexibility, aid agility, boost strength, and increase focus! The first class is $125, a regular session is $150, and a 4-class bundle is $400.   Athletic-Flow Yoga

Group Classes

These classes are for a large social group. Whether it’s a bridal party before the big day or an office that needs a little self-care, these can be stress-reducing, team-building, or something fun to get everyone out of their comfort zone. These events will typically last 1 hour and cost $100. We will have a consultation via email to go over date, number of people, and expectations!

Workshops

This type of class will be a small group of no more than 10 people. We will learn and practice in a specific area. Some examples include pelvic floor healing for post-natal care, myofascial release, inversions, and stress management. I will release dates of these workshops, or, if you have a small group interested, we can schedule a time and the area of focus!
